How selling works

When you get paid
We pay every Thursday. An order is paid after its waiting time, and only when our checks are done.
Our checks: the customer's payment has reached us, the order is delivered, and there is no open return or problem.

Fees
Every fee and deduction is shown line by line in your sales report, so you always know what you receive. If our commission changes, we tell you before, and the new rate is only for new orders.
Your shop account is protected
Shop accounts use 2-step sign-in: your password and a code from an authenticator app on your phone.
Advertise in the Shop
You can buy ads to show your products to more customers, for example Shop stories:
- One photo
- Booked for whole days
- Always marked AD
- Approved by our staff before it runs
You book and pay in your shop portal.
Our rules for every order
- We declare the real price the customer paid. We never lower values, split parcels or change categories.
- Some products cannot go on some routes. We tell you if a product cannot be sold.
- Parcel labels never show the customer's name, address, price or item list.
What you need
- A registered business in Kurdistan or Iraq
- The owner's ID
- A bank account for payouts
- Products that are allowed to be sent abroad
- A phone with an authenticator app for safe sign-in
