How it works

From the store to your door

There are two ways to shop with Gvand Orbit. You always see one full price before you pay, and every step of your parcel is scanned.

Buy For Me

Send us a link from an online store. We buy the item for you and send it on. Today we buy from online stores in the UK and Europe. The USA, the Gulf (UAE) and China are coming soon.

  1. 1Send us the link.Paste the product link in the app. Add the size, colour and how many you want.
  2. 2Get one price.Our team checks the item. Then we send you one price: item + service fee + delivery + estimated customs.
  3. 3Pay only if you are happy.You pay in the app. If you don't want it, you don't pay.
  4. 4We buy it for you.Our purchasing team buys the item. It goes to our partner hub in the UK or Germany.
  5. 5It travels to you.At the hub, your parcel is scanned and packed. Then it travels to you in Iraq.

No silent price changes. If a price must change, we send you the new price first. Nothing goes ahead without your OK.

Products from checked shops in Kurdistan and Iraq and from our own store, sent to the UK and Europe.

Helpful tools in the app

Wait and combine

Your parcels can wait at the hub for up to 14 days, free. We remind you on day 7 and day 12. After 14 days, they go in the next box, at no charge.

What will it cost?

Get an estimate before you ask for a price. It is only an estimate.

Buy again

Order the same item again. You always get a new price.

Send as a gift

For delivery in Iraq. Add a card, and we hide the price. The receiver's first name and phone are only for the driver.

Ask someone to pay

Send a payment link to family or a friend. The link works for 30 minutes. It shows only the total, the order number and your first name.

My sizes

Save your sizes in your own words, and add them to a request with one tap. We never convert sizes.

Search

Search our Shop, your own orders and help. Paste a store link to start a new request.

Alerts

Price drop and back in stock (for items in our Shop), and a delivery reminder. Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00, your time.

Talk to a person

Open "Customer help" in the app and write to our team.

Change the delivery address

Same city only, before your parcel is "out for delivery". You confirm the change with a code.

In Iraq: know when your driver is coming

See how many stops are before you, and get a message when "Your driver is near". There is no live map.

What we always do

  • We show one full price before you pay. A new price always needs your OK.
  • We declare what you really paid. We never lower values, split parcels or change categories to pay less customs.
  • Our tracking page and parcel labels never show your name, address, price or item list.
  • Every step — collected, packed, shipped — is scanned.
